Royal is how you will feel in our largest and most elegant room. This very special upstairs room is designed to pamper our guests. The extravagant bathroom beckons you with a stunning double slipper nickel plated copper bathtub with mosaic mirrored tile, it is set in the large turret of the house with floor to ceiling natural stone and pebble tile. You certainly will feel like a King or Queen as you lay back in this amazing tub and look up into the teardrop chandelier. It also features a chiseled marble sink and elegant vanity. The bedroom boasts a luxurious Cal- King canopy bed with memory foam mattress and soft high quality linens. Relax and enjoy the view of Churn Creek or the front of the property from the 2 bay window sitting areas. The crown moldings, 10 foot ceilings and wood flooring are the final touches to this beautiful 564 sq ft room. Simple elegance.

What a large beautiful light filled room! This room is located
upstairs and has its own private balcony to relax and enjoy the views.
We hope you enjoy the way we have mixed yesteryear antiques with
modern-day decor in this room. The king bed is so comfortable with lots of pillows to cozy up in and the sitting area is perfect
for reading or resting. The large elegant bathroom is lit with a teardrop chandelier and features an antique vanity with a hand-hammered copper sink. When you step into the large shower with beautiful floor to ceiling natural stone and pebble tile, you won’t want to leave! The crown molding with 10 ft ceilings and hardwood floors put the final elegant touches on this beautiful 384 Sq ft room.
The Vineyard
Much of life can be found described in the Life of a Vineyard. With each new season there is the Hope for a new and bountiful harvest.Located on the ground floor, The Vineyard room is beautifully appointed. It features an elegant and very comfortable King Bed. The bay window is bright and sunny and the perfect place to sit and relax. The newly remodeled bathroom room has a hammered copper sink and a beautiful natural stone and pebble level entry shower. Other features include, hardwood floors and individual heating and air-conditioning for your comfort, This room has a private entrance from outside as well as an entrance to the main house 277 Sq ft
The Safari
Welcome to the Safari Room. Life is truly an adventure. This room is inspired by our love for Africa. This ground level room is decorated with some of the art treasures we collected while living and working in Zambia Africa. It features an elegant King bed, with two bay windows for sitting in to relax or to enjoy a drink or snack. The newly remodeled bathroom has a beautiful natural stone and pebble shower. Other features include hardwood floors and individual heating and air-conditioning for your comfort. 277 Sq ft.
The Morning Light
Morning light brings Hope and inspiration for the possibilities of each new day. This lovely room is located on the 2nd floor and has a beautiful four-poster Cal-King bed with soft luxurious linens. Hardwood floors and 10ft ceilings with crown molding bring a touch of elegance to this room. There is a counter height bistro table next to the window overlooking the front of the property. The bathroom features a beautiful natural stone and pebble shower. Each room has it's own small refrigerator and a coffee and tea station. 265 Sq ft

CHECK-IN AND COMMUNICATIONS
Our “Greeted Check-In time” is between 3-6pm
3 days before you arrive you will be sent a welcome email letter that includes door codes and arrival instructions. If you happen to come later than the 3-6pm time frame we will miss greeting you, however the arrival instructions have all the information you need for a “self check-in” including a phone number to update your arrival time via text or voice.

The Hope Inn Redding is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can re-book your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made. All canceled reservations will be charged a processing fee of 10% of the reservation.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.
