With five king bedrooms--each with it's own bath--spacious common areas, and a fully equipped kitchen, our 4000-square-foot property is perfect for family reunions, wedding parties, corporate retreats, and more. Situated on 3.5 acres near Bethel Church and Simpson University, we provide privacy, easy access to local attractions, and the amenities you need for a seamless group experience.

The inn’s common areas include two large living rooms, a spacious dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a double range/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Guests can prepare their own meals and enjoy shaded outdoor eating spaces or gather in the warm, welcoming interior for shared moments.

Each of the five guest rooms features a King bed with high-quality linens, a private bath, cozy duvets, and elegant furnishings. With three rooms on the second floor and two on the ground floor, the inn accommodates up to 10 guests. Each room combines privacy and comfort, making it ideal for group stays.

    Possibly best family vacation! Christmas vacation in 2020 had to look different for our family. Safe travel was so hard. After quarantining for 2 weeks our family households met at Hope Inn. We rented the whole house for a week. It was heavenly! It was exactly what our family needed. The house is spacious and the rooms are beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The living spaces were large enough for family gatherings and meals. The kitchen is extremely well stocked for a rental. It was extremely clean and we felt very safe during uncertain times. We did lots of walks in the tranquil neighborhood. Denise and Kirk were the best hosts. We were even gifted homemade Christmas cookies! Truly an outstanding place to stay. I highly recommend it!!

    This nice little inn gets five stars consistently for a reason. It’s deserving of its high rating because of the clean well appointed rooms and other facilities like the outside decks and sitting areas. Our one day here was a rare day in summer when temperatures were less severe and we enjoyed walking around the property and sitting on the deck enjoying a cold cocktail. After we came back from dinner we again enjoyed the beautiful full blue super moon rising above the trees. The inside was lovely too with a nice assortment of African art . The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent coffee choices were available with real cream which I really appreciated. Overall I really liked this place and will return to this spot whenever I need a place to stay in Redding.

It was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Denise met us on arrival, showed us around and was a complete pleasure to work with. This place is a one of a kind gem in a beautiful setting. It provided a wonderful, quiet place to relax and just spend quality time as a family. You will not be disappointed if you decide to stay here! Rooms: Rooms were incredibly comfortable with amazing beds. The rooms upstairs all have additional heating/air units so you can adjust the temperature to your own liking. Each room also comes with its own mini-fridge and all the coffee/tea you can drink.
